Hello Bryan and Suzanne,
 We are settled in now,and want to tell you a few things about our experience
buying our Smart One Floor Home.  
The first time we saw this house online, we  knew we needed a closer look. From our first visit,we liked
what we saw. All the nice touches were there. A floor plan designed to make life easy for seniors was the first thing,
as a handicap friendly home is a must for us.
Everything on one floor is perfect ,even the laundry room with storage is in the central spot. We like all
the colour choices, combined with the crown moulding,which makes for a peaceful home. Dealing with the
people who built the house made for a smooth transition,as they were hands on and knowledgeable
about every aspect of our house,
We are happy,cozy, and very pleased with our new home Thank you both, Bryan and Suzanne!
