About Us
With more than 30 years experience building quality custom homes in Ottawa, London and the surrounding areas, it was time to relocate to this charming town of Glencoe. Our first build in Glencoe was a traditional home with a basement, and high ceilings but after receiving a lot of valuable feedback since then we have seen the need to focus on creating one floor, efficient, affordable homes. Not to mention we missed cozy. Smart 1 Floor Homes offers homes with wheelchair accessible doorways, open concept, tastefully designed ensuring maximum closet and storage space and large kitchens. We are Tarion Registered builders and stand behind our homes with an excellent sales & service plan that ensure worry free peace of mind.
